CBIC SEMINARS ON LEADERSHIP SPARK DEBATE AMONG BUSINESS LEADERS AND RAISE INTEREST IN SUCH EVENTS

An interactive seminar on leadership and feedback followed up on an event that took place in June this year. The participants learned how to provide and receive feedback from their colleagues, how to effectively develop relations with them, and what will make them better leaders.

“I am happy that business leaders were satisfied with the seminar and expressed interest in attending such events in future,” says Pavel Jovanovič, a manager at CBIC. “We discussed different approaches to communication between managers and their subordinates as practiced in the respective organizations,” adds Jovanovič.

Besides the interactive debate, the lecturer played a key role, too – Jaroslav Salva is a seasoned mentor and consultant with more than 20 years of experience at leadership positions. At the same time, he is one of the experts of the CBIC PLATINN program.
