We strive to raise public awareness of the activities of research organizations and universities in Central Bohemia and to spark interest in technical and natural sciences study among pupils and students while increasing the attractiveness of pursuing a professional career in research.
We support innovation initiatives implemented by research organizations to popularize science and research among young people.
Our publication Central Bohemian Region Success Stories – Research, Development, Innovation presents research centers, their activities and the most interesting projects.
Raising awareness of Central Bohemian research centers and their services, technologies, and partnership opportunities among businesses is one of the tools we leverage to bolster collaboration between the research and enterprise sector.
For this purpose, we track the needs of both research organizations and businesses.
Our conversations with representatives of both research organizations and businesses, whether on the innovation platform, in personal meetings or as part of the Central Bohemian Innovation Potential Tracking project, revealed persistent hurdles that continue to complicate collaboration between research and business despite interest in such collaboration on both sides.
We are compiling a catalogue of research services for businesses.
Municipalities and regional administration
A comprehensive overview of activities and services that research organization can offer to government will create opportunities for the former to play an important role in seeking new solutions, e.g. for Smart City projects.
